A2GO uses a 3 step approach to accelerate AI-enablement of S&OP workflows to under 6 months.

We work within our customers' existing S&OP processes and systems to provide the quickest 'time to benefit' and cost effective way to bring the power of AI to our customers.

1. Intelligent Automation

Knowledge workers managing legacy S&OP systems often rely on custom "human algorithms" for complex tasks like production scheduling and demand forecasting. These manual processes, however, are limited by the worker’s capacity to handle extensive data, especially when making routine decisions. Intelligent Automation alleviates this burden by automating these human-based methods, collecting relevant data, and performing necessary calculations to streamline repetitive tasks, empowering employees to make faster, data-driven decisions with the push of a button
